Goldsmith's entertaining and amusing score for this kid-sized fantasy vies for space with mid-'80s power-pop by Robert Palmer, Red 7 and Night Ranger. The film music is worth hearing (even moreso in context), but the interruptions are annoying. ~ Steven McDonald
